About Vicki

I am a licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of Georgia - I have extensive sales and management experience in new construction, resale, international relocation, and leasing.

I am from Denmark and speak multiple languages fluently and love working with Buyers and sellers alike with the main goal of a smooth and happy transaction. I have a certified CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist) designation from NAR, short sale and foreclosure resource and relocation specialist, and luxury marketing. Having lived all over North America and Europe I understand what it is to move short distances as well as long and the stress incurred so I take great pride in making this as easy and pleasant as possible for all.

In 2010 I received the top 5 REALTORS for the volume of new homes sold in 2010 from the Atlanta Board of Realtors®, the Phoenix Award from the Atlanta Board of Realtors®, and the Chairman's Club award from John Wieland Homes. I have received many awards but the most gratifying are a satisfied customer and the best compliment referrals from past clients. I have sold and been involved in more than 600+ real estate transactions since 1990.

 

I attended the University of Mary Washington in Virginia with a specialty in studio art and art history. I love working with consumers be they Sellers or Buyers and will give complimentary staging services to my Sellers in order to position their properties at their best!
